We're all about getting your Spooky Wicks order out the door in 2-10 business days, weekends and holidays not included. You want your goods, and we're here to make that happen!
Tracking Your Package:
Once we've prepped your order, we'll shoot you an email with tracking info so you can stalk your package's journey.
Delivery Dates:
Heads up: Delivery times can vary, depending on your shipping method and where you are located. We do our best for speedy deliveries, but sometimes carrier delays or crummy weather can slow things down. Thanks for your patience!
Shipping Costs:
Fees for shipping depend on your order's weight, size, and destination. You'll see these at checkout before you commit to your purchase.
Going Global:
Spooky Wick ships to select countries around the world. Keep in mind that international orders may face customs and import duties, which are on you, our global friends. Delivery times for international orders can vary, and customs processing might slow things down a bit. Don't worry, it's worth the wait.
Lost or Busted Packages:
If your package goes MIA or shows up in rough shape, let us know right away. We'll work with the carrier to figure out what went wrong and, if needed, hook you up with a replacement or refund.
