We are not able to offer refunds or returns, presently. However, should your treasures arrive in a fractured state, capture their image and communicate with us within 72 hours to receive a replacement.

Order Processing Time & Delivery
Our artisans require 2-5 business days (beyond weekends and public holidays) to meticulously prepare your order. In the case of extended delays due to high demand, we shall state the current processing time in the shop's announcements.
Our concoctions bear a certain weighty presence; hence we primarily usher them through Priority shipping. However, for the lighter items, particularly wax melts, First-Class passage is available. Beware: opting for Priority or Priority Express does not hasten the artisan's work—perfection takes time and we ask for your patience.
The speed of carriers like USPS lies beyond our control, thus we cannot refund for their timely or untimely ventures. But, we do offer free shipping for those orders that qualify, as a thank you for your support.
