Spooky Wicks is thrilled to provide shipping for online orders via USPS. Originating from warehouse in Orlando, FL, cross-continental shipments generally require a minimum of 3 business days. Kindly note, the provided delivery estimates kick in once USPS collects the package. During the festive season, shipping durations might experience slight extensions.
Can Spooky Wicks ship to international destinations?
Indeed! Spooky Wicks extends shipping options to most countries, with estimated costs presented at checkout. However, we hold the right to discontinue any international orders based on our judgment.
Does Spooky Wicks provide shipping insurance?
For orders exceeding $200, we enhance the delivery security with signature confirmation. This ensures your package safely reaches its intended destination. If this additional service isn't to your preference, swiftly get in touch post-order completion at spookywicks@gmail.com to indicate your preference.
My Spooky Wicks package is marked as 'delivered', but I can't find it.
Once your parcel departs our warehouse, the delivery timeline falls under the carrier's purview. Typically, domestic packages require 3-7 business days, with potential extensions during peak seasons. If your package remains elusive, we suggest reaching out to neighbors or building management. Further, contacting your local USPS can offer insights into the package's whereabouts. We value your trust in Spooky Wicks, but regrettably, we can't replace missing or purloined items.

What's the return policy?
Each product from Spooky Wicks undergoes meticulous inspection prior to shipment. Given the unique nature of our candles, any that have been lit are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Moreover, we can't process returns based solely on scent preferences after purchase. However, we're confident that someone you know might love it! For those exploring our variety, we recommend starting with our smaller candles to find your preferred fragrances.
How can I request a refund?
If you receive a product damaged in transit, Spooky Wicks will gladly offer a replacement, provided you share photographic evidence of the damage with us within 72 hours of delivery.
